Bankerhan Hotel Galata - Adults Only Special Category Istanbul

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tram lines and many popular sites in the city, such as Galata Tower. There was also a mini supermarket nearby, convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for food and even organizing our airport transfer. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel facilities were clean and modern. I had a wonderful experience.

Amazing staff, very helpful and accommodating. They gave us a free room upgrade with a amazing view. The hotel is in a great location, close to museums and public transport. The room decor is tasteful with beautiful art pieces. The hotel and the room were spotlessly clean.

The breakfast was nothing special, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The walk to the Galata Tower requires some uphill effort, so be prepared for a little exercise.

Nothing could have been better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was really impressed. The location is perfect - tucked away in a quiet area with lots of old buildings, yet close to the Galata Tower and other attractions. The service was excellent; from the room service to the grocery shopping service, everything was top-notch. The room itself was great too - it had everything I needed including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and even a soundproofed wall. The garden furniture on the patio was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the quiet surroundings.

This place is definitely recommended for families looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

There was a slight issue with the shower leaking and flooding the bathroom.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Istanbul, with many attractions within walking distance or accessible by tram. The rooms were clean, modern, and although on the smaller side, suitable for couples.
